Compare your spending habits with industry standards and make informed financial decisions

Building Financial Clarity Since 2022

We started with a simple question: why do Vietnamese businesses struggle with budget comparisons? Three years later, we're still finding better answers through practical benchmarking solutions.

Our Beginning

Back in 2022, I was helping a friend analyze their restaurant's monthly expenses when we realized something frustrating. Every budget template online was either too generic or designed for completely different markets.

Vietnamese businesses needed something that actually understood local cost structures, seasonal patterns, and realistic industry benchmarks. So we started collecting real data from willing business owners in Cà Mau Province.

What began as informal spreadsheet sharing grew into a proper benchmarking service. We've learned that most businesses don't need complex financial software — they need honest comparisons and practical insights they can actually use.

How We Actually Work

Forget fancy presentations and overwhelming reports. We focus on three things that make budget benchmarking genuinely useful for Vietnamese businesses.

Real Local Data

We collect benchmarks from actual businesses in similar markets, not theoretical industry averages that don't reflect Vietnamese realities.

Seasonal Adjustments

Your costs change throughout the year. Our comparisons account for monsoon impacts, holiday patterns, and regional business cycles.

Practical Recommendations

We explain what the numbers mean and suggest specific steps you can take, not just highlight where you're different from others.

The People Behind the Numbers

We're a small team that believes in staying close to the businesses we serve. Most of our insights come from regular conversations with clients rather than abstract financial theory.

Marcus leads our analysis work and spends considerable time visiting businesses to understand how local conditions affect their budgets. This ground-level perspective helps us create benchmarks that actually make sense for Vietnamese markets.

Our approach stays personal because budget decisions affect real families and communities. We've seen how proper benchmarking can help a restaurant owner plan for slow seasons or help a retail shop optimize their inventory costs.

What We're Working Toward

We want Vietnamese businesses to have the same quality financial insights available to larger companies, but delivered in ways that make sense for local contexts.

Over the next few years, we're expanding our benchmark database to cover more provinces and industry sectors. The goal isn't to become the biggest financial service — it's to become the most genuinely helpful one.
